Registration: By registering for multiple categories, you acknowledge that scheduling
conflicts may occur, and if two or more activities take place at the same time resulting in your
inability to participate in one or more categories, this is entirely at your own risk and the
festival organizers will not be held liable for any missed activities, performances, or judging
opportunities.

Photography and Recording: By attending Ombu Heritage, you consent to be photographed,
filmed, or otherwise recorded. You agree that Ombu Village tours and its authorized
personnel may use and publish these recordings for promotional , marketing and archival
purposes without compensation to you.

No privacy expectation - Please be aware that during the festival, you may be in public areas
where photography and recording are taking place as well as being allocated to share a
camping site .While we strive to maintain the privacy and dignity of all attendees, you should
have no expectation of privacy in such areas.

Prohibition of substances - This notice serves as an official declaration of prohibition on the
bringing of weapons into premises of Farm Ombu 487 which includes but is not limited to
firearms, knives, explosives or any other object or device designed to cause harm injury.
-The use , possession or distribution of illegal substance ,including drugs and narcotics,is
strictly prohibited at Ombu Heritage Festival event.

Violating these rules will result in immediate consequences, including:
· Eviction from the festival without a refund.
· Involvement of local law enforcement if necessary.
· A potential ban from participating in future Ombu Village events.
